  • Overall legal assistance in M&A transaction on acquiring Belarusian’ Hi-Tech Park resident, AIMATTER company, by Google Inc. It was the first M&A deal in the history of Belarusian IT industry done in its jurisdiction by the IT giant such as Google;
  • Assistance in M&A transaction on acquiring Belarusian project MapData by Mapbox, the biggest American cartography company;
  • Assistance in M&A transaction regarding takeover of the world maps service called MAPS.ME by Mail.Ru Group;
